Probably the reason why, yes... but overall i would say only Chanwe and the rest of the convent are. Naho is a follower of the moon and get herbs to have fun all she wants without risk of pregnancy. Cooch too maybe, arguably, and the name says it all. And Valzyra definitively is one and provides those herbs. Heloïse take on things is... ambivalent too, i don't think a prude would use teasing/seduction the way she does.
